Puppy / Dog is guaranteed to be up to date on all vaccinations and de-worming, and found to be healthy and sound when they leave my care. After receiving your puppy / dog you have a period of 72 hours to take your puppy to the vet and have him / her checked out by a licensed veterinarian and if any life threatening / altering conditions are found then you may return the puppy / dog within 5 days along with a certified copy of a licensed vets findings and one of three options will be given to you, decided upon by the seller, after verified by my vet. First to receive a replacement of a puppy of equal value at first available opportunity, second to receive a refund of your money, third to keep your puppy at a discounted price. After the first 72 hours any and all health problems are the responsibility of the new owner. There is no guarantee of perfect conformation, size, color, temperament, or ability to breed. If the puppy / dog is not checked out by a licensed vet within the first 72 hours then all conditions and terms of this guarantee are void. Under no circumstances is the seller to be responsible for any shipping costs of puppy / dog.
This dog is guaranteed to be in good health to the best of my knowledge and has been vet checked by my veterinarian. Minor health problems that can be cured by medication or surgery are not covered in this guarantee. Seller does not guarantee against any common problem such as diarrhea, worms, coccidiosis, ear mites, external parasites and stress due to the shipping to a new home.
If you decide to participate in a payment plan then you must place a minimum of $300.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit on the puppy / dog and the puppy / dog must be paid in full by the time the puppy reaches 6 weeks of age or all money paid will be forfeited and the puppy / dog will be placed back up for sale to other customers.
Purchase and sale of this dog shall fall under jurisdiction of the laws of Saline
County, Arkansas and matters shall be delt with as per the laws governing this location at time of sale. If litigation finds in favor of seller, buyer shall be responsible for sellers attorney’s fees, expenses and all court costs. Under no circumstances is the Seller to be held responsible for medical services once buyer takes possession of puppy / dog.
All puppies will be placed with full or limited registration rights unless stated prior to the purchase. Your puppy will come home with a puppy starter kit, a packet of NuVet supplements and all registration documentation.
